While some glitches in GTA Online have been amusing, like one that sent cars flying off of an overpass, others have caused problems.
All players need to do is to make sure that the NPCs have loaded in before they try moving around. Thankfully, this is a relatively minor glitch and one that can be avoided by other players easily enough.
